i am a very busy mom and dont get much time for myself. i "take" an hour a day to watch my fav. soap opera and am considering buying a mini trampoline to jump on while i am watching tv. exactly what muscle would this work/ tone since it seems pretty low impact? ( i really need to work everything from my belly down. ) do you know of any awesome moves i could incorporate to get better results?

Actually those little trampolines are the best! My husband has two in our house. One is just for us and the other for the kids. It works every single cell in your body. Plus when you are done you are energized! Have fun! You will feel great through out your body and lose weight and gain muscle. Good luck
