If he was arrested it will have been for different charges to the porn ones.
He was arrested in connection with Shannons disappearance.

The two are separate investigations and seperate criminal charges. The police already stated that the child porn images werent that of Shannon.
It's all getting confusing. Leave it to the courts to sort it out.
i read it before. I'm sure it said he got bail. does that mean he's out? I can't keep up either.
My impression is that the Matthews clan (can't really call them a family!) watched the episodes in the soap on TV then thought they would try and make some money. It seems to me that there were all kinds of people involved in one way or another. I think that is why there was a news blackout for a while, they were piecing it all together. Poor girl, no child should ever be used to make money, it amounts to pimping in my eyes. But then like I said, this is just my own impression of things .... who am I to know the facts?!!! I am just glad Shannon is being cared for by people who can give her love and support

who cares what happens to him. i hope that when he is locked up the other inmates beat the **** out of him he deserves it the pervert. then he ought to be stuck in a little boat and put in the middle of the sea for the sharks to have him. that poor little girl and her brothers and sisters what a life they must of had.
